International Phone Numbers

How 08 Numbers carries via platform

International Freephone Numbers

A recognised Toll free number from the Country you wish to receive calls. For example, 900 in Spain, 1800 in Eire or 020 in Sweden are numbers which are the equivalent of an 0800 number in the UK. The benefit of freephone applies in any country and speak volumes for your business. Just like its domestic freephone counterpart for callers in the UK it encourages customers to contact you. It makes it simple for them to call, because the call is free and the number is easy for them to remember. Customers associate a freephone number with a quality service, an easy way to order goods and get help and advice, a business that cares enough about its customers to pay for their calls. If you’re paying for the call, the overseas customer feels comfortable about spending the time to articulate what he or she wants from you. They can afford for you to discuss products and services in depth, which is going to make them more confident about decisions to buy.

Universal Toll Free

Universal Freefone numbers are standard numbers administered by the International. Telecommunications Union (ITU). You will need only one number for all the countries you want to reach. These numbers are in the format "+800 XXXX XXXX", where "+" is the code for international dialling. In the UK this is "00" but in other countries this access code could be different. Calls to these numbers are delivered to your chosen destination. These numbers can reside on the CCS Platform giving you complete control.

International Freephone (Toll Free) numbers empower your business to possess a genuine worldwide presence in more than 30 countries around the globe. For instance, if your business is based in Central London and has an international market including the USA, We can provide you with an +800 telephone number that connects international customers to your UK based business. Your market and customer gets a free phone call and your company pays for the cost of the call - true customer service. When customers ring your international toll free number the phone call is automatically and instantly redirected to a number of your choice, for example your Customer Services Department. The greatest advantage being you will not have to add any additional lines or equipment.

In-Country Non Geographic Numbers

These are the equivalent of 0845 & 0870’s in the UK, but from Overseas. These are still recognised as NGN numbers within the host Country, but will reduce your overall charge for International Call Traffic by the caller subsidising the call costs. For example a 901 in Spain is the equivalent of a UK 0845 and 902 is a UK 0870 service. An Irish 1890 is our 0845 equivalent and 1890 is their 0870 service.
